How do I buy something?


It’s a simple process, you can search for your desired Designer Radiator by a standard text search (typing in a query) or by visual search (by browsing images)
Once you have chosen your Radiator(s) simply click the ADD TO CART button, and then CHECKOUT
The checkout process is simply a matter of providing details to enable us to deliver your Designer Radiators and get in touch with you, so we can keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Do I need to sign up to buy?


You need to create an account before you can buy any Designer Radiators products. This is a simple process and the details we request are the minimum we need to be able to process and deliver your order.

ANY information you supply is treated as confidential and is held in a secure database offsite. Only selected personnel at Designer Radiators has access to this information. No information you supply will ever be sold, traded or used in any inappropriate manner.

I have forgotten my password, now what?


Just click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD on the login screen, follow the prompts and an email will be forwarded to you with a link to reset your details.

Your USERNAME is your email address if you can’t remember which one you used to create your account, Just click FORGOTTEN USERNAME on the login screen, follow the prompts and an email will be forwarded to you with a link to reset your details.

What methods of payment are accepted?


We accept all the standard Visa & MasterCard cards, Amex, ApplePay and Bank Transfer. 

Why don't you ship to my country?

How much is shipping?


Shipping is FREE for all Radiator orders delivered to a UK Mainland address – Some outlying postcodes may require an additional charge to cover the excess charged by the couriers, the shopping system will advise you of any extra charges as you go through the checkout process.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?


Shipping times vary greatly from a few days to 6 weeks+ depending on the stock levels and the product itself.
You will find estimated shipping times on each product description, we aim to be pessimistic when providing estimates, but as with many things in life, it’s not guaranteed!  

NOTE: European manufacturers (especially Italy) will close down for the whole of August, and in many cases most of December. This obviously has a huge effect on delivery schedules at these times.

What if I change my mind?


Most of our products are special order items, this means they are manufactured to your requirements and are not stock products. Once the build process has begun its unlikely that the manufacturer will cancel the order. 

You have a very short window (24hrs or less) where we can cancel without problems. After this it is in the hands of each individual manufacturer to make the decision on what they are able to do. 

How do I know what size radiator I need?


Calculating the required output you need from a radiator is a complex procedure and can only be done with accuracy by a trained installer using a Mears Calculator. There are too many variables for us to assist you over the phone with this.

A simpler (but less accurate) way is by using an online BTU calculator.
You will find a large number of these on many websites, normally trying a few out will give you widely varying results! So only use this method if your installer can’t help (Or preferably find another installer) These online BTU calculators should only be used to provide an indication of what’s required. If we ever find an online calculator that provides consistently accurate results, we will put it on our website!

TIP: Always go over the indicated BTU Requirement, you can always turn a radiator down!

My radiator is damaged, what do I do?


Thankfully damages are extremely rare  and almost always result from the  delivery process.

Please be aware that most manufacturers will not accept claims for damage after 48hrs of receiving the goods.

If your radiator is obviously damaged on receipt, simply refuse the delivery and sign the delivery receipt as damaged (photos can be helpful) then contact us immediately.

If you found damage after unpacking your order, please take photos of the damage, and contact us immediately (remember the 48hrs rule!)
